Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv will be without defensive stopper Yovel Zoosman for 4-6 weeks after the player injured his knee in an Israeli League game on Monday night. Zoosman, 22, suffered a partially torn lateral collateral ligament on his right knee early in the team’s 107-63 rout of Ironi Nahariya. The severity of the injury was diagnosed by the team’s medical staff after Zoosman underwent an MRI. Zoosman, who is in his fifth EuroLeague campaign with Maccabi, missed the start of the season through injury. He has averaged 2.6 points over 13:34 minutes in 11 games this season.
